Questions, answered
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining the waitlist is free. Later, when you join a convoy, you put down a refundable deposit, and it comes back in full if you walk away.
Do I have to buy a car?
No. You see each dealer’s bid as one all-in on-road price, then pick the one you like or walk away.
What’s a convoy?
A group of buyers in one city who want the same car at around the same time. (Kaafla means convoy.) Once enough people join, verified dealers of that brand in your city bid for the whole group.
How much will I save?
We won’t promise a number before the first convoys run. Every bid shows one all-in on-road price with each rupee explained, so you can check it against any quote you already have.
Will dealers call me?
Not unless you accept their bid. Dealers never get your details from the waitlist; a dealer sees your name and number only after you accept their bid, so they can book your car.
Which cities are you starting with?
The waitlist covers Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai, and you can add any other city. We open one city at a time, starting where the most people are waiting.
When do you launch?
We don’t have a date to share yet. We’ll email you when Kaafla opens in your city.
